Welcome to ARTS PALACE.. By using our website and purchasing our handmade artworks and paintings, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

  • All artworks and paintings listed on our website are handmade and unique, which means there may be slight variations in color, design, or texture.
  • By purchasing any product from our website, you agree that it is for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

2. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content displayed on this website are the intellectual property of ARTS PALACE. Reproduction, redistribution, or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (specify).
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment only via online mode.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently ship to within India. Shipping times may vary based on your location.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable). ARTS PALACE is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Since our products are handmade, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • In case of a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Provide proof (unpacking video and photoes of the damaged product) to process your request.
  • You must make a unboxing video of the product, without it your return request can't be processed .
  • Refunds will be issued at our discretion.
  • We have to self ship the item with proper packaging to our location (We will share via email). Once we successfully recieve the item , we will inspect it and if everything is ok, then your full refund will be initiated with the same payment mode.
  • We will not bear your self shipping cost, and you may also get partial refund if we think so.

6. Custom Orders

  • Custom orders are available upon request. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.
  • Any details for customization must be provided clearly at the time of placing the order.

7. Liability

  • ARTS PALACE is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury caused by the use of our products.
  • We ensure high-quality packaging, but we are not liable for damage caused during transit by the courier company.

8. Privacy Policy

  • Your personal information, such as name, address, and payment details, will be used solely to process your orders. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
